By accessing or using ToLedger, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
ToLedger is a cloud-based accounting SaaS platform providing bookkeeping, financial reporting, invoicing, VAT tracking, and related services. ToLedger does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
All financial and business data remains the sole property of the user. Upon termination, users may export their data in standard formats.
ToLedger implements encryption, secure hosting, and periodic backups. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups.
ToLedger targets 99.9% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. In case uptime falls below 99.9%, eligible customers may request service credits.
Enterprise customers may receive custom agreements, dedicated support, SLA extensions, and advanced security features. Separate contractual terms may apply.
ToLedger shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by applicable GCC laws.
